I.E M / F FOR BENELUX (Belgium, Luxemburg, Netherlands).

Permanent contract / V.I.E - Location : BELGIUM OR NETHERLANDS

We are looking for a junior sales manager, passionate about animal nutrition and behavior, to take the leadership of our growth and manage relationships with partners and customers in the Benelux.

The candidate must be highly motivated, extremely organized, team-oriented, and possess outstanding communication and negotiating skills.

This position will report into the Sales Director in France.

Main responsibilities

Prospect premix and feed manufacturers in Benelux, to introduce our neurosensorial and physiological solutions, and argue our differentiations.

Generate new business, identify and prioritize the market segments with the greatest potential for growth, analyze opportunities / threats.

Identify potential local partners for representation and distribution.

Properly coordinate follow-up and post-sales service.

Work closely with global technical and marketing teams (based in France) to support Benelux customers and partners. Participate in the implementation of adapted marketing tools.

Represent LABORATOIRES PHODE in local events and congresses, customers receptions, etc.

Set up regular reporting.

Business school, Engineer degree in agriculture, Veterinarian or Zootechnician.

Technical understanding of main animal species.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales / business development, within the European animal nutrition / production industry.

Ability to assess and address customer's needs.

Ability to convince and interest for commercial challenge.

Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills

Fluency (oral and written) in English is required. Dutch would be a plus.

The position will be based in Belgium or in the Netherlands, with many trips across Benelux (50%).
