In your region (Tournai, Mons, Charleroi, Chimay), you are responsible for the planning, visit and follow-up of your pharmacy accounts.
Over the course of different cycles, you provide information and POS / BTL-support to both owner / buyer (to close selling-in in line with your target) and staff (to drive selling-out in line with your target).
You meticulously monitor and communicate your planning, in store activity and orders with the provided CRM-Tool.
You are the eyes and ears of GSK CH in the field and actively provide feedback to your manager, customer and brand marketeers for future support and development of our portfolio.
You are the face to the customer and strive for a win-win partnership to ensure a future positive cooperation.
Your responsibilities :
You integrate the company values, behaviors and attributes and align with the commercial strategy to become a true ambassador for GSK Consumer healthcare.
You master your planning, strive for 100% of visits on appointment and keep your calendar up to date in the provided CRM-Tool.
Visit on average 6 visits a day.
You launch innovations and secure their distribution.
You prepare, execute, close and follow up your calls in line with the six steps to the call.
Be meticulous with reporting POS, store checks, samples and orders in the CRM-Tool.
You achieve a minimum of 80% acceptance rate for all confirmed POS material.
You deliver sales and execution versus target.
Build a tailor-made approach of the trade story to fit your strengths and amplify the impact of your visits.
You collaborate with your line manager and peers to identify possible pitfalls and opportunities.
You Instruct your accounts on the basics of category management and highlight the role of the GSK focus brands in this regard.
Routinely check for account details and update in the CRM-Tool if necessary.
Prospect accounts for business opportunities in your region and change selection considering opportunities.
You dare to discuss your partnership outside of the comfort zone of our e-detailer to achieve a win-win relationship.
You follow-up on Outlook e-mails and calendar and Microsoft Teams Chat on a regular basis and respond to mails, chats and invites in due time.
Attend bimonthly cycle meetings.
Attend the yearly pharmaco- & materiovigilance training sessions and meet its required test result.
Basic Qualifications :

Preferred Qualifications :
If you have the following characteristics it would be a plus :
Experience in sales or B2B communication : preferred, but no necessity
Good understanding of English and Dutch.
