Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow.

Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business.

Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

This team is based in the specialist organization within Large Customer Sales (LCS). The specialist organization works side-by-side with the business team to define, sell, and scale best practice by being specialists in all areas.

The team works to excel at the Center of Excellence (Experiments), but are also able to help advertisers scope their bigger media effectiveness approach (e.

g., Brand, MMM, Attribution). In this role you will use your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and analytical abilities to shape how advertisers determine their success.

You will utilize your influencing and relationship-building skills, and provide excellent client service, research, and media analysis.

You will set the goal and strategy and execute on it, continuously sharing best practices and becoming the cutting edge of ad effectiveness.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands.

We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms.

We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Minimum qualifications :

  • Experience in digital marketing and measurement strategies
  • Experience in media effectiveness research and methodologies (e.g., statistical testing, time-based and geo-based methodologies, econometric models)
  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Experience in R or Python (Colab)
  • Experience working with Google Ads and / or Google Marketing platform (GMP)
  • Leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Deliver transformational customer work on Google’s customers to help grow their media investments across Search, Display, Video, and App by proving the effectiveness of Google Media with experiments (e.
  • g., Lift Studies, Geo Experiments, Causal Impact).

  • Develop the ecosystem by leading external trainings, events, and publications in selected topic areas, such as the holistic approaches to media effectiveness measurement that merge several methodologies.
  • Develop best practices for experimentation and trainings for sellers on priority areas with the goal to create structural capital and ensure accessibility of experiments.
  • Ensure that all customers of Google have Media Effectiveness approaches. Create holistic and innovative measurement plans aligned to client business objectives.
  • Partner with Go-to-Market teams to provide market-to-product feedback, develop business cases for feature requests, and influence product prioritization.
