As the Head Of Channel Sales , you will have the unique opportunity to help transition our company from an on premise to a cloud software vendor.

You will carry final responsibility of the overall sales revenue and channel strategy. You will be enthusiastic and proactive about new business development opportunities and, together with your team, you will focus your energy on nurturing and growing our ecosystem of channel partners (or alliances).

Your drive and ability to execute will help to be successful at realizing the Enfocus growth ambitions.

Your responsibilities will include to :

  • Grow the overall sales revenue by working with our loyal and trusted ecosystem of channel partners across the world
  • Find and expand opportunities for new business development, e.g. by recruiting new channel partners or expanding existing ones, exploring new market segments
  • Lead the transition with the channel from selling perpetual to recurring revenue (software subscriptions) and moving to the cloud
  • Closely collaborate with other departments like marketing, customer success and product management to realize key growth initiatives
  • Lead a team of 5 channel managers across different sales territories in the world
  • Your Education and / or Background Experience includes :

  • 5+ years of experience in selling software via a network of channel partners
  • Experience with the printing (or graphic arts) industry is a plus
  • Initial experience with coaching and leading a team is a plus
  • Track record of (over)achieving sales quota including the transition to recurring revenue
  • Experience managing a channel through times of change
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills to interact with different business partners (both technical and business-oriented)
  • Understand the importance of good CRM management and forecasting
  • Occasional travel to meet with partners and visit customers around the world
