OverviewThe Manager Finance Transformation is responsible for the analysis, improvement, automation and documentation of the processes and systems of the finance department.
We are looking for a strong key player with a broad knowledge and experience, who inspires all stakeholders to continuously improve the way of working and who will propagate, drive and manage change in the department.
Responsibilities· Work closely together with all stakeholders in finance, TIO and D&I to identify process and system improvements.
Strive for best of class solutions.· Inventorize, analyse and establish the interdependencies for all processes of the finance department (Accounting, Consolidation, Controlling, Reporting, Treasury, Supply Chain, Procurement, Wholesale)· Link the process improvements to system requirements, both for existing systems (Fusion, Essbase) as for new systems (RPA) and tools (reporting, planning, consolidation).
Continuously develop the Finance Roadmap and get agreement on actions, resources and budgets from all stakeholders.· Follow-up and implement the process improvements in an agile way, as part of the long-term Finance Transformation Roadmap, guarding the deadlines, resources and budgets.
Ensure quality and user acceptance upon delivery of the project milestones.· Organize and coordinate the documentation of processes in ARIS, organize trainings and develop communication tools, eg in Sharepoint.
Report on the progress of the Finance Transformation Roadmap in the Finance Transformation Steerco and give regular presentations to senior management and the broader finance community.
Required qualifications· Master Degree in Economics or equivalent with experience in Finance (accounting, planning or reporting), Procurement or Supply Chain.
Strong analytical skills to understand and improve business processes and their interdependencies, but also able to synthesize and translate into concrete actions.
Excellent communication skills, able to discuss with all stakeholders and senior management, including solid presentation skills.
Good project management skills, well organized, hands-on and action-oriented.· Good knowledge of Finance software and tools (Fusion, Essbase) and excellent ability to evaluate a tool against a set of requirements.
Advanced level of Excel and good proficiency in other Microsoft Office software.Desired Qualifications· Knowledge of planning tools and experience in project management is a plus.
Knowledge of agile methodology and the use of JIRA is a plus.· Good proficiency in a process flow-charting tool, preferably ARIS.
