Tergos is currently looking for a On Site Support Analyst for one of our good partners in the food industry.
As a Support Engineer you will
Be in charge of Level 1 and Level 2 front end support
Manage a small team of first level support engineer
Help implement new technologies
Follow up and report these new implementations
Prepare new users and installations
First experience with PowerShell, Azure and InTune are a big plus
Work together with second line support colleagues and the IT Manager
The Ideal profile of a Support Engineer
You have a first experience in support
You fluent English and Dutch
