To manage this constant change and to cope with our challenges, we are looking forward to hiring a IT Team Manager , Demand and Delivery Manager with relevant knowledge and experience of Enterprise Architecture and Demand Management.
Our ideal candidate is familiar with Enterprise Architecture, Togaf, ITIL demand management and Project management.
The responsibilities of a Team Manager at Carrefour include the following ones, but may slightly vary depending on your level of seniority and the extra value you can add :
Manage a team of architects(application and infrastructure) and PM including internal and external people
In charge of the budget of the team
In charge of recruitment, on boarding, training, daily follow up and performance management of the team
Implement Demand management process
Manage the Demand Design and Delivery process.
Create business architecture models that reflect our strategies and goals. Work closely with the architect teams to create a common vision
Locate ways to reduce cost of IT
Have experience in Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF)
Manage PM to ensure delivery of projects (Infrastructure) are done within time, scope and budget. Currently PM group is focusing on managing the demands and infrastructure related projects.
You hold a master’s degree or bachelor (equivalent in experience) IT.
You have 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience.
You have experience in enterprise architecture and PM
Knowledge of infrastructure operations (datacenter, network, security)
Knowledge of SAP architecture is an asset
Knowledge of Solution architecture web applications
You’re fluent in Dutch or French and English.
You are customer oriented, with excellent communication skills, capable to defend your ideas, but open to listen to others as well.
You’re able to manage huge workloads and you’re flexible to deal with (occasional) incidents outside of office hours.
You’re eager to learn and you have a huge appetite for innovative technologies and changing trends in the market.
You have a positive and accountable mindset.
