Education required : You are regularly enrolled in a Master in Communications or Digital marketing in an Educational Establishment located in Europe.

Language requirement : Fluent in English, French (Italian is an asset)

Other requirements :

We are looking for someone who :

has strong communication skills

is creative and able to use basic programmes (e.g. PowerPoint, InDesign, Photoshop, Premier Pro, Windows Movie Maker or Camtasia ) to create various communication assets

is in the 1st or 2nd year of a Master in Communications, Digital marketing with a Specialization in Community Management, digital Media, Pub, PR.

is fluent in French and has excellent command of written and verbal English . (Italian is an asset).

is positive with proactive and problem-solving working style

with a keen attention to details and design

is deadline-driven, flexible with self-reliance to work in an empowered environment.

Likes to take initiative, working in teams, and who can focus on delivering assigned work.

Start date : to be discussed

Duration : 4 to 6 months

Requisite : The internship must be mandatory & done in the framework of the curriculum, for which an agreement must be signed between GSK, the student and the Educational Establishment.

Remuneration : according to Belgian legal requirements, the internship will not be paid. However, some expenses will be reimbursed.

What will you do?

On our internship programme you’ll receive tailored on-the-job training from industry experts combined with early responsibility to help you to develop and progress.

Your duties might include :

You will partner with the Communication & Engagement Specialist to drive internal communication of the Technical R&D projects teams in Belgium, Italy and USA within Global Technical R&D.

In support of and in partnership with the Technical R&D teams, working on engaging omni-channel content to optimize their communication efforts in the field.

You’ll work closely with the communication & engagement Specialist to understand stakeholders’ brief and execute engaging communication plans

You’ll be responsible for optimizing and deploying engaging content across multiple channels : digital communication Workplace platform (+700 workers), Intranet, digital display, event, to create awareness or engagement.

You’ll produce promotional materials (engaging video stories and other digital assets in line with industry and company guideline) for marketing campaigns.

The content itself is scientific in nature and focuses on innovation.

You’ll help managing timelines, and content launch execution in conjunction with the Communication & Engagement Specialist, ensuring that final assets are activated on-brand and on-time.

You’ll provide support to social media efforts (Workplace) and use analytics and tools (Power BI) to advise and inform social media engagement / content plans

Any other ad hoc tasks that may be required.
