We are currently looking for an Operations Manager to support the NTT European Client Innovation Centre in achieving its objectives.

We are proud to open the NTT European Client Innovation Centre (CIC) in Brussels (Diegem), focused on co-innovating with our Clients to help them find new areas of revenue-

driving activity and to create genuinely new business for them. NTT is one of the largest ICT companies in the world, and our group's mission is to accelerate digital transformation for clients by providing high-

quality, value-added services that enrich society in the realms of artificial intelligence, big data, and the Internet-of-Things.

The CIC is a space for co-innovation where we showcase our latest innovations and engage with Clients on a strategic and business level.

It’s also the magic place where researchers, technologists and Innovation Strategists think and work, together with Clients, and design prototypes within the art of the possible .

What you'll be doing

As the CIC Operations Manager, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating the CIC operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

Responsible for ensuring that the CIC runs efficiently which includes maintaining the booking system for workshops and client meetings, making sure CIC resources are planned, working with vendors, planning events, keeping supplies in stock, making sure the facilities are clean, orderly, and safe while fostering positive relationships with Clients and co-workers.

You will :

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the CIC and its staff.
  • Making sure the CIC is ready to host our clients, including content preparation, room preparation, catering,
  • Compose, modify and proofread correspondence, reports or presentations. Design general correspondence, memos, spreadsheets and presentations.
  • Maintain the calendar of meetings, client workshops and events.
  • Manage general administrative activities such as arranging complex domestic and international travel and accommodations, preparing, processing and reviewing expense reports, and arranging logistics and catering for Client meetings
  • Maintain the internal and external communication platforms
  • Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Act as contact person for IT issues, building inquiries, problems.
  • Other duties as assigned.
