Role Purpose

We are recruiting a Team Leader for our Inside Sales organisation in BeNeLux. We are in the start-up fase of our inside sales department in the region.

In this role you would lead a small team, currently 3 people strong, to develop new accounts in the BeNeLux market. The team leader will coach and guide the team in their daily tasks while working as part of the team.

A previous team lead experience is a must and will make sure you have a flying start with us. Ideal applicants will be enthusiastic about helping our customer cope with demanding challenges and turn them into mutually rewarding opportunities.

You must be highly motivated, a self-starter, articulate and able to contribute to transformation projects. Experience in selling software solutions preferably Analytics and Data Management is a benefit.

We are looking for applicants with fluency in Dutch, French & English combined with an enthusiastic leadership style that motivates people to chip in.

Our team leader should have great communication and customer relationship management skills. We need strong problem solvers with a determination to be the best they can.

We need sales people with excellent listening skills & the ability to ask the right questions.

Key Accountabilities

Your Primary Accountabilities & Responsibilities include :

  • Create new campaigns and lead generation activities that fit within our regional sales targets
  • Motivate & coach team members to attaign their goals on quarterly basis
  • Focus on incremental sales for SAS products to current and prospective customers while supporting field sales on complex, enterprise-wide solutions
  • Participate in the development / execution of strategic territory and account plans
  • Implement all aspects of territory and account management revenue targets
  • Generate incremental revenue through prospecting, cold calling, up selling and cross selling within a territory or account
  • Identify accounts with high close potential, qualify opportunities & accurately forecast business & revenue
  • Keep abreast of terminologies, basic software applications, operating systems and hardware requirements
  • Develop an understanding of company pricing, policies and licensing procedures
  • Commercially driven, strong business acumen
  • Perform other duties, as assigned
  • Education & Experience

  • Bachelors degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or related field
  • 4+ years in field or telesales with a software organisation
  • a first experience within a mentor or team lead role
