Provides customer service support by answering promptly incoming phone calls and emails to handle inquiries regarding CompuMark Watch products and services.
Responsible for Watch portfolio maintenance, makes sure that orders are entered, updated and canceled as requested by customers, and invoiced timely and correctly.
Responsible for conducting trademark monitoring and analysis on specialized databases and other sources as necessary to produce quality Watch reports for CompuMark clients.
Responsible for finding and reporting valuable, relevant information which aids in the client’s decision-making process regarding trademark protection against infringement.
Provides customer service support through the following means :
Makes sure that qualitative Watch reports are produced for CompuMark clients :
Assures accurate maintenance of clients’ Watch portfolios :
Successfully completes applicable training to learn all job-relevant systems and information, which may include : Trademark Fundamentals, Hit Selection, Query Strategy, Introduction to OPSi, Introduction to Products, Overview of the Customers, Watch Administration, or other specialized database / product training.
Maintains an active understanding of the intellectual property (IP) industry, and grows knowledge of relevant technologies / services / industry events to improve personal skills and gain a better understanding of customer needs.
Performs additional duties as required.
Required Skills and Experience :
Certification / Education :
Bachelor’s Degree (Post Graduate) or equivalent work experience required.
