The maintenance manager will work as a professional engineer within the company. You will be concerned primarily with the application of developed solutions but may be involved in any other aspect of Engineering.

You will assure proper functioning of equipment and facilities used in the manufacturing and packaging process and maintain electric, electronic, and mechanical manufacturing equipment in good working order.

You may perform preventative maintenance, repair equipment after breakdown, analyze reasons for breakdown and inform the hierarchy.

Your responsibilities : + You will ensure preventive, curative and modificative maintenance of part of the Stream's equipment's and buildings in order to make sure of their maximum availability.

In this frame, you will organize and monitor performance indicators+ You will ensure the full responsibility of 1 to 3 maintenance teams (10 to 15 people).

This includes people selection, foremen coaching, personnel training to the required competencies, planning management, the elaboration and management of operating and investment budgets, contacts with social partners, as well as all daily aspects of a team's life.

  • You will make sure that cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices), GMP procedures and recommendations from the authorities are respected+ You will manage and document deviations by integrating changes to maintenance operations+ You will play a key role in the cross-discipline effort by providing technical support to the deviation handling process (Root causes identification and selection of CAPAs in order to avoid recurrence of deviation with technical root causes)+ You will actively participate to external audits by answering to questions regarding equipment's under your responsibility+ You will resolve audit actions+ You will make sure that EHS standards and policies are respected+ You will coordinate the setting in legal conformity of equipment's under your responsibility+ You will maintain good maintenance practices by updating our procedures and the checklists associated to them.
  • You will also ensure redaction, training and follow-up of the procedures+ For Stream equipment's under your responsibility, you will bring technical support on various technical problems.

    For Stream equipment's under your responsibility, you will follow strategic projects as maintenance responsible+ You will manage CAPEX budgets for equipment's under your responsibilityDISTINGUISHING CRITERIA AS COMPARED TO SUPERVISOR, MAINTENANCE (D03)+ You will act on a part of the Stream's equipment's and buildings+ You will manage 1 to 3 maintenance teams (10 to 15 people)+ You will be responsible for the respect of GMP, manage and document deviations by integrating changes to maintenance operations, play a key role by providing technical support to the deviation handling, actively participate to external audits, resolve audit actions within a broader scope+ You will coordinate the setting in legal conformity of equipment's+ You will act as technical support on various technical problems for Stream equipment's under your responsibility+ You will act as Maintenance responsible for projects for part of Stream's equipment's+ You will be responsible for budget Why you?

    Basic Qualifications : We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals : + Industrial engineer or Civil engineer+ Successful experience in people management+ Relevant technical knowledge within pharmaceutical or alimentary sector+ English is required.

    French is a must.+ At least 5 years of experience in a similar position+ Based on potentially incomplete or conflicting information, you will take appropriate decision after analyzing possible alternatives.
