The opportunity : Organization and Workforce Transformation Manager
EY Belgium is continuously hiring exceptional talent to assist us in building a world class People Advisory Service Line (PAS).
We are currently hiring a manager to play an active role in building our Organization and Workforce Transformation solution.
As organizations grow and elevate their business, they need to efficiently and effectively realign, and potentially rethink the alignment and fit of their organizational structure, leadership teams and workforce to create the capabilities needed to drive their business and financial objectives.
Organizations also need to think about agile innovation and implementation techniques to outpace the competition and improve the quality of outcomes through the delivery of HR, payroll and mobility operations.
The Organization and Workforce transformation manager will assist EY in taking this solution to our clients.
The required technical HR skills and experience These include at least 6 years’ experience in :
HR / Talent strategy formulation and implementation
Organizational design Agile Organizational design
Strategic workforce planning
HR operating models, processes, technology and automation
Shared service centers
HR service delivery Agile HR transformation and Agile HR service delivery
Workforce acquisition strategy and operating model
Business development - The candidate must have experience in, and be able to :
Contribute to business development and client pursuit activities by preparing proposals and delivering presentations for potential clients;
Contribute to generate profitable revenue by identifying additional engagement opportunities and building lasting relationships with clients;
Project management and client service - The candidate must have :
A proven track record of shaping and running complex, high profile, profitable engagements which create value for clients in the areas outlined above
A demonstrated track record of building client relationships
A curious, innovative nature that strives to solve client problems in a new way
People leadership - The candidate must have ability and track record :
To work in an extremely diverse team
To coach and develop teams and colleagues, and act as a visible role model for our people
To encourage and facilitate collaboration amongst team members, and promote an inclusive working environment;
Ideally the candidate will also have :
Fluency in Dutch and French
Experience in Organizational and HR transformation programs
Above average digital and technology acumen
Design thinking experience
Agile way of working experience
Relevant professional experience, working in Big 4, global management consultancy firm, niche organizational strategy houses or niche consultancy;
Have a primary degree and relevant post-graduate qualification.
