In order to reinforce its Sales dpt., Nexans Benelux is looking for a New Sales Manager (based in Buizingen).Job :
Identification, selection, follow-up and support of the sales channels within the market line.
On annual basis, translate the strategic plan in an action plan and sales budget for the BNL market.
Definition and follow up the sales budget, forecasts
Offer management in coordination with FOBO team
Regular customers visit’s (and / or calls) with key contacts within the client’s portfolio and prospection of new clients
Elaboration of account planning for each customer adapted to the sales strategy such as defined by the Commercial Director.
Offer a technical and organizational support to the clients
Collect, evaluate, analyze and provide feed-back of market information (size, market share, prices, products, sales, competitors ...)
Regular reporting to the Sales manager and analyze of the turnover per customer.
Is responsible, in close collaboration with FOBO for the management of his customers in terms of
the orders follow up, deliveries, invoicing, payment and stock levels.
To be (and stay) informed of the technical and technological developments of the market
and to give a technical and organizational support to the client
Identification of issues compared to the non-conformity procedures and provide commercial, technical or other solutions.
Establishment and maintaining of internal and external network.
Identification, selection, development and optimization of products. Pricing in collaboration with the marketing / product management of the market line.
Development of the relationship between the client and the factory (point of contact)
Active participation to the sales meeting
