What this job involves
Working as part of our Information Management team, you will set the goals for the CRM system, each release and each sprint.
You will also describe all the requirements and acceptance criteria.
You will be available to participate in every sprint event and have a senior role in the organisation such that you will command a level of authority so that you can make prioritization decisions.
You will have a responsibility to accept requirements when they are done, identify bugs and new stories.
You will have experience working with business users on business requirements. This needs to include gathering business requirements, mapping business functionality to system capability, product implementation, testing and user training.

Education and Experience
A university degree with IT related specialization or relevant work experience will be necessary.
4 years’ experience in Software Business Analyst, Dynamics Consultancy or similar role ideally in a Corporate Environment.
2 years of MS Dynamics experience would be appreciated.
Scrum Product Owner certification is an advantage
You’ll have a very good knowledge of French and English.
Able to clearly describe the desired business outcomes impacted by the CRM system
Able to make prioritization decisions without deferring to someone else, and hold significant influence over the intended CRM users.
Able to describe the business requirements and acceptance criteria in sufficient detail that the features can be developed, tested and accepted.
Have integrity and be trusted by other senior business stakeholders to balance competing priorities.
Be able attend all the sprint ceremonies, the daily standups, and be frequently available for questions regarding stories and features.
