Work to improve and maintain the stability of the applications, leading and following up relevant actions towards stability improvements, including regular interactions with the technical teams (infrastructure, architecture, security), problem management follow up, root cause analysis
Operational tasks :
You evaluate the change requests of important users and business process owners, suggest solutions and implement and / or coordinate the changes;
You analyze functional and technical designs, evaluate the nature of the solution (cost effectiveness, functional and technical fit of the solution) and support its development;
You contribute proactively to improvements that benefit the business;
You work on change requests with the partners
You are involved in SAP implementation projects : GAP analysis, Developments, Adjustments, Testing, Training, User Acceptance, Go-live;
You are responsible for documenting the business processes.
You hold a master’s degree in economics or science, with option
IT. Or bachelor with relevant experience
have at least 2 years of relevant Supply Chain experience;
have an overall knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0 functionalities is a plus
4 Hana Retail for Merchandise Management, SAP F&R, SAP CAR, SAP Fiori
cloud and SAP Mobile In Store Management Solutions are tools that Carrefour
uses so prior experience in this regard is an asset.
