As a Customer Experience Consultant at EY Financial Services, you will : Create customer journeys in various banking and insurance domains (Save & Invest, Loans, Payments, Life- and Non-life insurance, etc.
Identify potential for improvement in the existing customer journeys Analyze customer data and improving the customer experience Take the customers point-of-view while delivering the digital assets in the market Participate to, or manage projects through their complete lifecycle, including monitor the planning, budget and staffing of the team delivering the projectShare your knowledge and experience in various domains, depending on your area of expertiseWhat are we looking for?
Master degree in a relevant field (e.g. economics,...)Professional experience (between 2 8 years), either in consulting, and / or in the financial sector, ideally in designing or delivering customer journeys in the marketAn excellent knowledge of business English, and a solid level of French and / or DutchStrong team spirit, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomyExcellent analytical skills, conceptual thinking and pragmatic approach Solid communication and presentation skillsCertifications such as Agile, Scrum, or other Project Management methodologies are a differentiator for more experienced candidatesKnowledge of banking or insurance products and processes (e.
