As Service Segment Manager you will be responsible for the long term Service effectiveness of your business unit, accounts and / or region.
Your main goal is to achieve maximalisation of Service revenue and customer experience. You are accountable for having attractive and successful Service offerings in place and the development of new Service delivery solutions.
You will ensure an active follow-up of major Service partners and / or service requests of major accounts.
You develop and implement the Services strategy for the Healthcare business unit in the EMEA region
You collaborate with stakeholders in sales, services, marketing and division to make sure that attractive and successful EPO offers are implemented
You take initiative to design and implement Service delivery solutions (eg local repair centers, spare parts warehouse, new processes.
that will increase the customer experience and / or Service revenue
In close collaboration with sales and services, you ensure active service key account management of major service partners and / or major accounts
You oversee major escalations for the Healthcare business unit in the EMEA region
You define improvement programs to reduce / optimize the overall service cost and operations
You drive innovation initiatives that will transform the services digital and sustainable
You develop and implement various KPI’s to ensure performance to customer expectations, develops key competences and skills of the broader Service organisation
You have obtained a Bachelor's or Master's degree
You have 5 years of proven services -, key account experience in related industry / technology
You have strong project Management skills and a good technical basis
You have commercial feeling and financial insight
You demonstrate excellent business development and reporting skills
