Service Sales Specialist - Electrification

As a Service Sales Specialist you maintain the relationship with our customers. With your technical-commercial knowledge, you advise the customer in choosing from the various maintenance, upgrade, retrofit, conversion and service contracts, with the aim of making a significant contribution to the growth and success of our department.

Reporting to the Sales Manager Electrification, you will play a crucial role in implementing the service sales strategy, with a focus on penetrating installed base and promoting various upgrade, retrofit and value-added solutions.

Your responsibilities

Establishing long-term customer relationships, reacting immediately to issues and demonstrating in-depth technical knowledge of products and solutions

Communicating contract details in accordance with ABB offerings and strategy, and managing associated administrative sales processes

Utilizing the database to grasp the existing installed base, and identifying and developing sales opportunities

Preparing and reviewing sales plans and proposing recovery actions when needed

Actively promoting ABB’s service products and solutions in marketing activities (e.g. trade fairs and customer meetings) while monitoring trends to develop effective marketing activities

Your background

You combine a strong commercial insight and a result-oriented attitude with the necessary relational skills.

Engineering degree in Electromechanics, Energy or any related fields

The ability to develop and manage customer relationships

A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills

Good command of the Dutch, French and English language in word and writing.
