Description de la fonction

We are looking for someone who wants to have a positive impact and will contribute to our mission.

Responsibilities :

Identifying changing customer needs through a constant review of the highest selling products

Frequent communication with store managers

Developing all assigned accounts relative to sales volume, market share, product distribution, space allocation and customer service objectives

Work closely with sales management to develop and define a strategic target list of key accounts

  • Develop creative tactics, campaigns, and strategies to reach target prospects
  • Initiating and taking full responsibility from prospecting to closing sales cycle efficiently : phone and video calls, face-to-face meetings, e-mails and events networking.
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products.
  • Negotiate & Close small and medium-sized deals directly over the phone.
  • Profil recherché

  • Strong interest in sales in the field of fast-moving consumer goods
  • Ability to initiate, establish, and nurture meaningful business relationships remotely via email and over the phone.
  • Interest in a sustainable, healthy and active lifestyle.
  • Desire to have a positive impact.
  • Strong interpersonal skills : a positive team player with excellent communication skills and capacity to work well with a team and as an individual.
  • Fluent in French and English, Dutch will be a strong asset.
