Mission

You will establish a roadmap for delivering relationship management capabilities across the company and be responsible for the relationship management (CRM), processes, systems and data that will deliver quality and value relationships.

Main responsibilities and duties

You will be the primary point of contact, Business Analyst and IT Project Manager, focusing on relationship management capabilities.

You will interface with the business teams and be responsible for sponsor relationships.

You will discuss and analyze requirements and processes, reporting to the CIO.

You will coordinate the implementation of IT platforms and tools.

You will be responsible for the Relationship Management Track (example : set up Partnership Self Service Portal on Salesforce

You will lead the purchase to delivery process by external suppliers or internal IT staff.

You will support the CIO in the development of an IT and data strategy.

You will act as the product owner for our relationship management platform (Salesforce) and coordinate training and consulting for users.

Ideal candidate's profile

Work experience :

You have a business analysis qualification or demonstrable experience.

You are skilled at translating business and user needs via IT tools.

Passionate about the usability of IT platforms and tools, you have prior experience in usability, information management and data analysis / structuring in a customer facing role.

You have experience in leading cross-functional IT projects that demonstrates your ability to provide solutions to different users with a service provider mindset.

You are fluent in English

Education : You have a degree in business, computer science, engineering or a related field.

Hard skills :

You have a business analysis qualification.

You are familiar with Project Management Methodologies

You have an affinity for IT projects that demonstrates your ability to deliver solutions to diverse users with a service provider mindset.

You have experience with Salesforce implementation or similar.

You are fluent in English.

Soft skills :

You provide short and long term solutions to teams in various business units.
