under the responsibility of the Manager Operations Support Services, you will be responsible forsupervising the Estimators’ Team (6-7 people)distributing and planning the workload among the members of the teamaccompanying and training the newcomerscontrolling whether the estimations are in line with the technical and administrative specifications of the customermaking own price estimations in case of heavy workload or for critical offersparticipating in the decision process about the final price, in collaboration with Sales and Operationssupporting Sales and / or Operations in the negociation process with customers for difficult casesenriching the price estimation databy integrating feedback from the operational fieldby maintaining regular contacts with suppliers and subcontracters (together with Procurement)by adding new technical equipment and its ratios in the asset databaseenriching the price estimation methodsmaintaining and enhancing the estimation software
you have a Master / Bachelor electrical or electromechanical, with experience of 3-5 years in building technics
knowledge of building technics, HVAC and electrical installations is an asset
knowledge of energy efficiency concepts is an asset
open to digital technologies
rigorous, analytical and organised
good interpersonal and communication skills
bilingual Dutch / French
