Service within the region / co-ordination Visit customers for preventive maintenance, repairs, fault analysis, phone support and upgrades in order to achieve optimum customer care and ensure a professional repair in due time with effective and efficient working practice Reporting Deliver accurate reporting, handling and timely submission of Mobile Service reports, Expenses, Spares Stock management and other Service documentation Co-operation / Teamwork Co-operate closely with the Service Team to ensure all customers in the region are provided a professional After sales service within the KPI’s set by the Manager.
Co-operate closely with Sales Representatives within the respective Segment in order to support activities such as Installations and Demo / exhibitions.
Exchange valuable information resulting from customer contacts to increase customer satisfaction and sales. Co-operate closely with Customer Care in order to ensure smooth and fast processes and information flow.
You Speak French, Flemish and English. Your main perimeter is Belgium and Luxembourg, and if needed, less frequently France and the Netherlands.
You're willing to travel EMEA for trainings. Englisch, Dutch and (preferred) French speaking
