    You are responsible, as expert in project management, that different projects run together in a controlled and qualitative way (standardization, documentation, quality, consistency, capitalization).

    Responsibilities :

  • gathering data about project progress, producing reports supporting decision-makers about funding, prioritization and resourcing
  • ensuring accountability at all levels, facilitating the sharing of knowledge
  • developing project and program structures, standards and processes and encouraging (or enforcing where necessary) the use of those
  • improving project management, providing training / coaching / mentoring and quality assurance
  • managing project documentation, history and organizational knowledge
  • managing budget Plan (dependencies & allowances) across multiple projects and tracking.
