As Product Management Director for the Enterprise division, specific for the "Meeting experience - Clickshare" business , you have the End-to-End responsibility for the customer journey & commercial success of our Clickshare product / solution (HW, SW & Services) throughout the full lifecycle.
You define product / solution (hardware, software & services) innovations aligned with Segment value propositions and based on a deep understanding of the customer needs.
You align with other stakeholders to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
You have the purpose to lead / coach & inspire a team of product managers within the scope of the product portfolio. Ensuring a continuing growth in performance and capability of this PM team along the different responsibilities.
Define winning product / solution requirements, based on Segment Marketing needs, product / technical insights, market trends and customer personas and problems.
Focus on customer experience and customer journey, driving differentiation through a deep understanding of customer needs and best-in-class user experience thinking.
Represent the customer and end-user internally and externally.
Conduct market, customer and internal research (input Segment Marketing) to gather customer & product insights, supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
Gather competitive intelligence and perform competitive analysis, analyse and report on product / technology trends, and track competitive initiatives.
Define, document and communicate the roadmap and product / solution strategy in coordination with the different segment marketers.
Develops business case & define business models - prepare, organize & lead the Business Case Review, in strong collaboration with Segment Marketing.
Create pricing models / architecture and get input from Segment Marketing for final pricing decisions.
Play an integrator role and collaborate with a wide variety of functional areas such as segment marketing, sales, engineering, manufacturing, product owners and operations to define the customer journey, product / solution requirements, user needs and market opportunities.
Ensure effective product development progress, take the necessary decisions on MVP / feature prioritization, and manage possible roadblocks and lead beta customers (daily mgmt.
communication) supported by the Product Owner.
Lead the UX of your product, in cooperation with UX expert teams.
Collaborate with Product Marketing on new product launches, with best in class product launch management thinking across the Customer Journey.
Deliver internal & partner enablement (Training, Tools, Demos) in collaboration with Product Marketing.
Product lifecycle & Customer Journey management
Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of product / solution
Own and manage the end-to-end customer journey of the product / solution
Measure, in a data-driven way, the customer experience in order to manage enhancements and high-priority product issues.
Assess and implement product lifecycle initiatives.
Support and propose initiatives for Services revenue growth.
Be the expert on the product / solution and the competition.
Lead the Product Management Team
Builds an effective PM team with clear roles and responsibilities and instills trust.
Drives the overarching product / solution vision and purpose with her / his team.
Develops and coaches the skillsets and talents of the team to higher levels of performance.
Bachelor’s degree required
Master’s degree / MBA preferred
Minimum of 5 years in product management and product lifecycle management
Minimum of 5 years leading a team
Must have a strong technical skill set in or know-how of a similar industry or technology
Experience working in a matrix organization
Experience working in a product-driven organization and working on the intersection of hardware, software & services
