Your mission at Webhelp

What you will be doing at Webhelp

As a Customer Care Advisor, you will :

Assist clients via inbound calls and e-mail by answering customer’s inquiries and / or attending potential requests.

Become a specialist in our Client’s products and services

Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints.

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods / tools.

Give real-time, accurate information that empowers the customer to make decisions.

Listen to the customer's unique situation and acknowledge their needs.

Go beyond the customer's service expectations so they will remember and share their great experience.

What we are looking for

Your natural talent for helping people and ability to think on your feet will get you far in your journey with us. You are customer-orientated and can adapt seamlessly to different types of people.

Likewise, it is important that you can multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

We’ll be a great match if you :

Are native or proficient in French (C2) and fluent in English (B2)

Pride yourself on your previous experience in Customer Service (highly valued)

Have excellent communication skills coupled with empathy, team spirit and customer-oriented

Are familiar with Pet-related stuff

Have a positive and can-do attitude

Please note that non-EU residents must have a valid Portuguese work permit to be considered for employment.
