For our Viral-based Therapeutics Marketing Bioprocess Solutions unit at Sartorius Stedim Biotech GmbH we are looking for a Market Entry Strategy Manager (m f d) in Goettingen or in Homeoffice.
In collaboration with the Head of Market Entry Strategy you will determine market entry strategy for process solutions serving the gene therapy and vaccine markets.
You will roll out the GTM plan for assigned solution packages and campaigns independently.
What you will accomplish together with us
Together with the Head of Market Entry Strategy you set up the marketing plan for the segment and implement it
You determine market entry strategy for given process solutions, including problem statement, highly differentiated value proposition vs competition, value pricing of process package and related sales tools
You are accountable for key marketing value proposition message, signing off together with other stake holders
You roll out GTM plan for the package solution (globally)
In collaboration with process platform technology consultant, training department and technical applications team, you develop and implement go to market tools for field readiness
You support leads and opportunities generation for developed package together with Marcom on global level
You track the sales of the offer after launch together with sales team ( works with marcom to design content funnel aligned to buyers journey, define and measure metrics for success)
You analyze the package profit margin to make sure we provide unique value to the customer with proper profit gains
You are close to the customers to ensure customer satisfaction of the segment
What will convince us
You own a Bachelor’s or Master s degree in biopharma or life science discipline or equivalent
You have proven understanding of marketing function as a whole in general and proven experience in setting up a complete market entry strategy
You have a good understanding of the gene therapy and vaccine markets, including company profiles and manufacturing processes (support package solution positioning and leads generation)
You are familiar with segment related communication channels and you understand internal selling process to be able to improve internal sales communication
You know how to measure customer satisfaction effectively; therefore you have good presentation skills in public and a strong facilitation skills to organize internal and external activities
You are able to analyze the sales performance of the package solution to give insight of the P&L
You are willing to travel up to 50%
