We are looking for highly motivated and well-spoken Desk Sales Account Manager to join our sales team in the Enterprise Business Unit.
You will work from Proximus HQ in Brussels and will be part of the new Enterprise Segments department. You will have an account managed role over the phone and as such be responsible for your own sales targets.
Responsibilities like developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring a smooth sales process.
You get a kick out of closing deals on the phone, hitting your targets each quarter and having happy customers after each call.
This will all be enabled by every new digital tool you can imagine.
To be successful as a Desk Sales Account Manager you will be coached on achieving the highest customer satisfaction, educated on our solutions and learned how to hunt for new opportunities.

Desk Sales Account Manager Responsibilities :
You are responsible for achieving the objectives in terms of revenue, new business and sales
You monitor the profitability of the portfolio or actions and take the necessary improvement measures to increase profitability
You are responsible for creating a funnel and growing it by consulting the customer on the best next steps in his digital transformation with an outside in approach
You can build an account plan based on your own knowledge of the customer, as well as using current economic changes in the customer segment.
You are responsible for communicating with customers, answering inbound requests, sending additional information per email, making outbound calls to potential customers, research, qualify new leads, following up on leads and upselling products and services.
You understand customers' needs by doing proactive research and identifying sales opportunities.
You are responsible for further penetration, win back, up-selling, retention and the implementation and follow-up of framework agreements or cluster contracts with multiple linked companies.
You keep up with product and service information and updates.
You create and maintain a database of current and potential DMUs.
You can explain and demonstrate features of products and services.
You stay informed about competing products and services.
You understand the buyer journey at customer side and enable him to decide on the next steps.
Desk Sales Account Manager profile & competencies :

Sales experience is a must) or you have a heart for Sales and able to negotiate
You are enthusiastic, reliable, a team player with a can do mentality
You are an Excellent listener, able to read between the lines, capable of analysing and respond to the situation in real time, conscious of the political dimension in a client organization.
You like changes and you are able to learn quickly
You are organized, have excellent communication and presentation skills, like to take responsibility and thrives on working towards a concrete result.
You are fluent in Dutch, French and English
