As a customer service coordinator at Volvo Group, you will provide our customer, the dealer, with information about estimated delivery time when spare parts are not in stock / available.
You will solve problems related to missing deliveries, transport delays and complaints. Secondly you will enter special orders when necessary and monitor them from order to delivery and support the development of the logistic set-
up by consistently build structured logistical information. You will participate in operational and carrier meetings with customers, partners and colleagues.
Furthermore, you'll assist colleagues in ensuring that all tasks within the Service Center are handled in accordance with the agreed timescales.
Finally, you will give immediate support to the dealers when implementing new policies and routines
o qualify for the position as client coordinator, you hold an academic degree or you have reached an equal education level through experience.
You are customer-oriented and have strong networking skills. You have enough cultural awareness to interact with many countries and at the same time be business-
and service-minded. You are fluent in English and Lithuanian in combination with Polish OR Russian OR Czech. Knowledge of German or French is a plus.
Furthermore, you are courageous, have integrity and you can work in a structural way. You are also prepared to occasionally work during evening shifts and the Saturday shift.
Finally, you are willing to drive continuous improvement and you have a good knowledge of MS Office.
