The Sales Manager role in BeLux leads an experienced team and brings with her / him a multidimensional disruptive thinking capability as well the motivation that derives from it.

You will be on one hand managing a large portfolio of Medication Delivery that includes, amongst others, the IV Fluids and Inhaled Anesthetics.

Beginning 2021 we will be launching a state of the art medical equipment for Patient Monitoring. In your role as Sales Manager you will be bringing this fantastic product to the Belgian market.

Are you ready to be part of Baxter’s Medication Delivery & Pharma Business Unit in the Benelux?Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesYou will manage Medication Delivery & Pharma sales team within one of the Baxter Business Units in order to achieve sustainable sales growth with existing customers and generate new business in line with agreed business objectives.

You will contribute to the definition and implementation of the sales strategy while representing Baxter in the market and driving the team towards success.

Achieve all sales, financial and customer targets in line with the business and personal objectives while managing the sales team on a daily basisCoach, develop, motivate, support and lead the sales team while acting as a role model and supporting company valuesIdentify optimal commercial models to drive sustainable and profitable long-term business, whilst accommodating local procurement preferencesBuild long-term relationships with existing and new customers while keeping them fully informed about Baxter products & therapiesUnderstand and align to digital strategies / Healthcare IT (internal & external)Co-operate closely with Marketing, Sales Support and Customer Service in order to reach full customer satisfaction & the set targetsAssist in developing and sharing the strategic direction of the businessLead the tender management process for all tenders in area of responsibility in order to ensure long-term business growthDefine, support and execute macro and micro strategies for longer capital sales cyclePrepare, implement and review sales (growth) operating plans.

Constantly look for ways to improve the sales force efficiency while implementing tools to manage its performanceOwn customer issues and ensure all parties and team members are kept informed of relevant information, in order to enhance customer loyalty.

Own the budgetary and planning processes and monitor performance against budget, taking appropriate action to address any variancesBuild collaborative partnerships with key internal stakeholders such as Technical Services, IT, OperationsQualificationsMaster’s degree in a relevant area (Life Science, Nursing, Commercial or Medical)3 years operational Sales experience in a healthcare companySpeaks Fluent French, Flemish and English.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience leading a sales team with solid success and references.Experience formerly in clinical environment as well as medical equipment will be of increased added value.
