The IT landscape at Fedrus International is quite heterogeneous; due to various takeovers throughout the years, we use various ERP systems nowadays.
We have an SAP ECC and an S4H environment, for example, as well as several smaller ERP systems. In the long run, our goal is to migrate fully to SAP S4H.
The central master data team is responsible for devising standards and procedures for master data, assuring quality and supporting colleagues across the organisation.

Are you interested in taking on the responsibility to coordinate the maintenance and management of the master data and streamline the data exchange between the different systems?
Do you want to lead our Master Data team? Then you’re the person we’re looking for (against the backdrop of our growth and recent SAP implementation) to take on the final responsibility for the efficient, high-quality and pro-active management of our master data.
you do so in close cooperation with the users, business analysts and IT department.You manage a key MD team (3 FTE at our office in Puurs-Sint-Amands) within the IT organisation.
You are in charge of creating and implementing the necessary data governance structure with colleagues throughout the organisation who are responsible for parts of the MD management.
You ensure the required MD knowledge and skills are available in this MD organisation.You develop new MD management tools, which includes developing methods and drafting user documentation.
You are responsible for the necessary procedures regarding data sanity & consistency (checks).You organise the required training and courses.
You are in charge of team reporting.You directly report to the CIO.Your profileYou have a master’s degree that is closely related to the tasks and profile described above and / or have experience in a similar role.
Your experience of developing data governance in a multinational environment is one of your strongest assets.You work independently, identify opportunities for improvement and take initiatives to act on them.
You communicate with ease, enjoy coaching others and possess a healthy dose of team spirit.You have a precise, methodical way of working and a critical mindset.
Experience in MD management is essential.You have strong analytical skills.Your knowledge of SAP, SQL Data Warehouse and QlickView is an asset.
