For one of our prestigious customer we are looking for : Account Manager
SLA Management : - Contribute to the establishment on Service Support Packages for External Customers.
Support the start-up and initiation stages of projects, coordinating the necessary parties for the preparation of the formal NCIA offers;
Monitor, understand, and communicate to external customers the progress on request processing, all through the project lifecycle.
Engages with both sponsors and relevant stakeholders for the resolution of issues should they arise.
Monitor the portfolio with regard to its financial status (Planned versus Contracted and actual incomes), operational status (delivery of projects and milestones), and forecast (future cooperation);
Reporting : - Support the Principal AMs in providing reporting material on the status of the portfolio, including for the development of the Programme of Work, Monthly reports and Annual report.
Process Management : Knowing the processes in the Agency is a major advantage.
