Job Description : Huntsman have an exciting opportunity for a Market Intelligence Manager to drive our Market Intelligence strategy for our Performance Products division.
The role is based at our Regional Head Offices in Everberg, near Brussels.Reporting to the EMEA Marketing Director you will be responsible for coordinating, consolidating and analysing market intelligence from both internal and external platforms to support our business growth and product innovation strategies.

Additionally, as the Market Intelligence Manager, you will : Create, analyse, communicate and visualize (actionable, reliable and timely) market and competitive intelligence on current and future markets and competitors.
Follow and consolidate market outlooks for current and future markets, including on megatrends, the chemical industry as well as on specific market sectorsOwn and continuously update the market and competitive intelligence information by using external and internal information sources and platformsDrive the market and competitive intelligence data gathering process and engage the organization to support the data feedTo support marketing and sales teams to identify growth opportunities within their market segment using your market research expertise and networkBecome the expert on market and competitive intelligence tools, processes and visualization techniques for the businessCreate a network within the market intelligence community to stay up-to-date with the latest and future developments in your fieldRequirements : Degree qualification in a relevant subject (Marketing, Business or Economics) with previous experience gathering market intelligence within the chemical, or similar, B2B sectorExcellent organisation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective internal and external networks.
Good understanding of marketing principals and / or market research methodologies and statistical analysis.Highly ambitious with the ability to develop in the role and move into team management positions in the future.
