As Sr Brand Communication Manager Lee your mission is to develop, implement and manage strong and innovative communications strategy for the Lee brand in EMEA.
You will be responsible for the development, positive positioning and ongoing management of the Brand communications and its image and for creating and communicating key messages to defined target audiences and establish goodwill and understanding between the Brand and its consumers across all channels.
Your role :
Develop an integrated communications strategy incorporating all key channels, that will support the demand creation choices, drive towards the achievement of the OGSTM business goals and is in line with Lee global vision, messages and objectives.
Implement communications plans to increase brand awareness and recognition for the Lee brand in EMEA region.
Implement front to end customer communication behind key brand messages with focus on Iconic product platforms.
Develop and implement the Brand communications calendars.
Develop impactful consumer engaging content and assets to support key brand messages. Measure on-going business and return on investment on these key brand messages.
Ensure brand positioning remains clear, differentiated, relevant and consistent in messaging and application across all markets
Conduct research and analysis to identify and define audiences
Create, implement, and oversee communications programs that effectively describe and promote the Lee Brand and its products.
Develop, manage, and coordinate the branded campaigns, programs, and projects, maintaining a high standard of quality, visual consistency and cohesive brand image in printed, on-line materials and PR.
Proof and edit all communication materials, including all advertising and digital campaigns, PR and web content
Coordinate the planning and execution of a creative and innovative media and communication plan that significantly enhances the Brand recognition in the key markets.
Communicates with various media buyers, advertising agencies, graphic designers, printers, and other services to implement successful marketing communication plans.
Manage all purchased media efforts.
Oversee the development of materials used for speaking engagements, including presentations and handouts.
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives and achievements.
Approve and oversee the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects.
Manage all the PR efforts.
Your Skills :
BS / MS degree in Marketing or related discipline
8-10 years of relevant experience within a brand or agency, ideally in fashion / retail / apparel
Strategic and creative thinker with proven experience of working on diverse communication strategies
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
The ability to multi-task in a complex and demanding environment
Experience of creating successful marketing campaigns across all channels
Strong interest in fashion, trends and youth culture
Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing an ability to communicate clearly with a wide audience
Team player with great drive and enthusiasm
Flexible and able to deal with deadlines
Eye for detail, accurate and proactive
Eager to learn, hands on and good organisation
Proficiency in written and spoken English
