Process and store ontologies and gene-trait information in a relational database
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a junior postdoctoral researcher to work on computational workflow development for single-cell data analysis in plants .
This project is fully funded by UGent for 20 months (extension is possible) and ideally starts September 2021. The successful applicant will be part of the VIB-UGent (Vandepoele) lab, an international, diverse, and vibrant group of research fellows at different career levels.
