You keep your knowledge / expertise on Telenet services continuously updated, including commercial aspects and technical enablers

You enable, implement and maintain continuous visibility on QoS and QoE for all main services

You interface with Telenet Business and Wholesale to discuss and identify specific requirements

You develop, document and implement test scenarios for routine and specific QoS / QoE tests

You ensure that all tests related to the outsourcing contracts are properly implemented and running

You follow up all standards evolutions (ITIL, ETSI) in order to ensure developing KQI’s according to international recommendations

You recommend and set QoS / QoE levels for all KQI’s from literature, historical data and business requirements

You report any deviation from QoS / QoE expected trend by raising problem tickets according to the incident and problem management policy

You continuously evaluate the installed test methodology and advise the management on improvement opportunities

You perform people management towards a group of QoS engineers


Master / Civil or Industrial Engineer Electronics or Telecommunication / Technical Graduate in electronics or Telecommunications or equivalent ICT background through experience

You have a good knowledge of mobile telephony architecture and network performance management techniques

You are en experienced people manager and have good project and problem management skills

You have a good knowledge of service quality measurements techniques

You are customer oriented and have a focus on good quality

You have great communication skills in Dutch, French and English

You have good statistics metrics handling skills and a good knowledge of basis theory of probability

You have a good knowledge of international bodies and standard recommendations such as ITU, ETSI, ITIL, ISO, etc.
