What you’ll be doing...
We are building out a new platform in support of existing and new Verizon (Security) Services. The platform consists out of multiple separate products & components that easily integrate with each other and are able to serve common and consistent goals.
Your role will be responsible for one or more products of the platform itself.
Conduct weekly check-ins with the manager and / or as needed discussions around issues requiring escalation or that require management awareness.
Determine what and when to escalate issues.
