Payments environment in the Financial Sector and other related industries, a Business Developer with good analytical skills and able to manage complex business cases is the right person for the job.

Key responsibilities

As part of the sales team in the Belux you will join the Business Developer team and be responsible for realizing new business beyond card processing services, in areas such as back-

office payments, SWIFT service bureau, PSD2 and Digital Banking.

Required skills

  • You are no stranger to the world of payments and the related technology.
  • Ideally you have 3-5 years' experience in a sales, client delivery or consultancy role in payments or related sector
  • You have a clear understanding of the relationships and interrelationships between the market, the various players involved, innovative developments and new market entrants, and able to pronounce a vision of future trends in payments.
  • Entrepreneurship, influencing others, drive and persistence, conceptual thinking and market and competitor awareness are just a few of your core competencies.
  • Solid professional background that creates trust and credibility with clients as well as internally, mature and balanced personality
  • Self-motivator, result driven person that easily picks up responsibility and accountability
  • Business focus, direct, to the point informal style, stress resistant
  • Willing to go that extra mile, work flexible hours when required (example when having a deadline to send a proposal out)
  • Master in economics, management or business & finance
  • Fluently speaking Dutch or French, and English;
