Your day-to-day responsibilities include :

  • Ensuring platform continuity through monitoring, support and optimisation
  • Together with your colleagues and other teams, you ensure the operational continuity of the whole payment platform, following relevant key
  • performance indicators and proposing actions when necessary,
  • You participate to optimize the processes sustaining the good operation of the platform, constantly tracking the waste (reviewing sub-optimal
  • processes, seeking automation when it makes sense),
  • You communicate clearly and efficiently towards your partners (Customer Care, Product Management, Sales as well as IT teams and the Management) about all operational requests advised to the team
  • You handle tickets assigned to the team, and when vital you intensify and follow-up with development or systems teams;
  • you take part to business hours and possibly after hours support as functional and technical expert (2nd or 3rd level).

  • You participate to the daily execution and improvement of the Incident, Problem and Change Management processes.
  • Dealing with the challenges of the online payment business
  • Signs of success :

  • In-depth know-how of the electronic payment industry in Europe, covering all the aspects of the payment value chain (terminals, Acceptance, PSP, processing, acquiring, issuing) relevant for the Self Service vertical
  • Hands on experience of the different products of Worldline and Ingenico is a great advantage (Axis, WLP, iPass, Ogone, terminal hardware, CSACT, SPS acquiring, Bambora acquiring, )
  • Confirmed expertise in bid and solution management, as well as sales experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills as well as high problem solving and change competence
  • Conceptual design and development of future-oriented solutions and portfolio strategies
  • Capacity in leadership in order to push and make other departments work together
  • The ideal candidate has a customer centric mentality in conceiving end-to-end solutions and processes
  • Skills we’d like :

  • You prove solid knowledge of amending / writing internal documentation and ensure knowledge transfer inside the team,
  • You have a validated understanding of Windows environment (server and client) & SQL Server and T-SQL query language
  • You hold a University / Bachelor degree in IT or equivalent from experience
