For our Client located in Brussels and the Netherlands we are looking for an 3-Lingual HR Business Partner with a strong knowledge of social law, who will take up the operational side of Human Resources :

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
The Business Partner will support the local Benelux Management Teams and the Regional People Director for Switzerland, Benelux and Scandinavia with the following main responsibilities :
Business partnering for line managers and employees,
Guardian of labor law in Belgium and the Netherlands,
Recruitment through direct posting or with agencies’ support,
Interface to the existing contracted PEO (Professional Employment Organisation) and Benefits Broker on the matters of employment, benefits plans, terminations,
Managing the local bonus process (assessment, calculation, letter management, payment preparation)
Establishing EU-GDPR compliance guidelines for HR data
Preparation of takeover from PEO as part of an EMEA-wide initiative
Interface to the local payroll provider, including collection and preparation of the mandatory information and documentation for the payroll, e.
g. timesheets, approvals etc. Management of the entire payroll process with an external payroll provider System administrator for payroll database application Point of contact person for all compensation & benefit topics for external social security and payroll tax audits
This position will work cross-functionally and collaboratively to assess, anticipate and solve HR-related needs.
This role will support structural, behavioural, capability and cultural changes using a pragmatic and commercial approach.

PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS :
HR generalist experience, ideally within a Business Partner role - strong preference for this experience to be in a tech / fast paced environment or start-
up then with a previous strong HR on-job school
Advanced user of HRIS systems
Knowledge of up-to-date HR best practice employee relations and employment law in Belgium, and in the Netherlands
Excellent understanding of local payroll, tax and compliance laws and regulations
Strong business acumen, familiar with the competitive talent environment and the agility needed to stay on top of that environment.
Ability to build effective, influential partnerships with executive level leadership - as well as strong relationship building skills with all levels of the organization.
Evidence of being a strong team player with the ability to develop effective partnerships and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders at all levels to accomplish goals
Outstanding organizational, communication, presentation and follow-up skills
