During projects you take the lead throughout the different project phases, from feasibility until final implementation. For such projects you are responsible for the follow-up of the projects against its stipulated goals, planning and budget.
You will also take up responsibilities with regards to the aftercare for applications in our portfolio. As such you will be the escalation person in case of issues.
Ascertaining minimum levels of support quality is part of your responsibility. Projects (both existing and new) might include tools like our electronic spare parts listing system, the equipment as-build data information system, technical datasheet tools (for engineering and marketing purposes), and other tools in use to support our people in the field when doing aftercare on our equipment.
This means you will have the opportunity to work with a highly motivated international business and IT team in a challenging and very dynamic environment.

Specific requirements for this position include : - A track record of proactively identifying solutions to both technology and business issuesExperience working in an environment requiring cooperation and negotiation with other business units / IS organizations to attain goalsUnderstanding of and experience with business systems including the ability to analyze and assess existing business systems and proceduresExperience with integration between business systems and other applicationsUnderstanding and experience with software development processes including defining business requirements, defining technical specifications, development procedures, testing procedures, change management and implementationThe candidate has a minimum of 5 years’ experience in IS / IT projects of considerable sizeThe candidate has a university degree, a bachelor’s degree in ICT or equivalentYou are fluent in English, both written and spokenFurthermore, following qualities are considered as an asset : Knowledge of different sales, marketing and aftermarket processes in a customer center of an industrial companyUnderstanding and experience with software development processes including defining business requirements, defining technical specifications, development procedures, testing procedures, change management and implementationUnderstanding and experience with software support processesExperience with .
NET and SQL and related frameworks and components / tools is a plus Project management certifications are an assetExperience in working in a large international companyCompetences- You are customer focused, and professional.
