Internship Research & Development : Bakery
Within the regional team in Research and Development Bakery for Emerging Countries (Asia, Middle East and Africa) , we are looking for an intern passionate about breads and nutrition.
Your mission will be to support the development of nutritious bread solutions for the African market through the organization of lab tests, analytical and sensorial measurements and reporting.
The main objective is to obtain vitamin fortification in the baked products for the African market, while ensuring optimum volume, texture and taste in the end products.

Plan, design and execute lab and sensory trials, in agreement with the R&D manager
2. Organize measurements, analysis and reporting
Organize analytical, texture and sensory measurements on baked goods
Record and analyze the results and establish trial reports including conclusions interpretations and recommendations for improvement
