Job Description

As Project Manager, you are responsible for the coordination of the Protocol Task Force activities, including SOP and Document Standard updates, interactions with key stakeholders, etc, to ensure efficient management and development of standards, issues, and activities under the responsibility of the Protocol Task Force.


  • You are responsible for organizing the Protocol Taskforce (PTF) meetings, prepare the agenda and drafting meeting minutes.
  • You are responsible for writing, reviewing and editing the DS, templates, SOP & training material the PTF is in charge of and any other higher level documents, as well as the planning, coordination of reviews and finalization of the documents to ensure on-time delivery.
  • You ensure that the appropriate company and regulatory standards are followed during document preparation.
  • You are responsible for gathering queries / suggestions received and coordinating the timely response.
  • You ensure efficient, clear, and proactive communication with team members
  • You ensure the consistency and quality level of all documents that are issued.
  • You ensure the timely dissemination of relevant information and / or documents to each target audience.
  • Profile

  • You have a Master Degree related to Life Sciences
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in Project Management within the Pharmaceutical Industry
  • PM certification (PMI, Prince2) is an asset.
  • You are fluent in English. Knowledge of French is an asset.
  • You have experience in using Risk Management tools
  • You have skills in project management software and methods
  • You have successful experience in people management
  • You have the ability to work independently on multiple projects, and to prioritize tasks and to meet strict deadlines
  • You have excellent organization skills and the ability to operate effectively in a multicultural, matrix organization where the workload requires balancing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • You establish and maintain cross-functional relationships.
  • You are analytical, logical thought process with strong information organization / management skills.
