Customer Solution Analyst
You are In charge of your own customer’s portfolio (B2B), contacting them and collaborating with them to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Providing response or feedback for order-related concerns (deliveries, billing concerns ...).
Transversal interactions / relationships with other departments within the Operations team (Logistics team, Demand and Planning team), a center of operations in Portugal and with Sales / Marketing
Continuously driving and encouraging improvements meeting all internal and external KPI's.
Demand & Supply Planner
Build the production plans and schedules that reflect demand plans, production constraints, and evaluate alternatives to move forward.
Plan inventory levels that satisfy the customer service target for product availability and that minimize production, transportation and warehousing costs.
Review weekly sales and finished goods inventory data and advise marketing and distribution colleagues of unexpected sales trends and / or inventory balances.
You will be the communication link between marketing, procurement, transportation and distribution.
Prepare and analyze demand and supply planning reports and KPIs
Logistic Repack Specialist
Coordinate repackaging activities together with procurement, supply planners and contractor and thus ensure compliance with agreed arrangements (contracts, procedures,).
Manage exceptions during production in cooperation with Third-party logistics & planning.
Make sure our way of working is maintained and optimize it where it is necessary.
Maintain all data that are required for repack activities (SAP contracts, SAP product master data, Technical specifications Build-up, )
Follow up vendor stock situation and optimal quality in finished product and challenge other teams
What will make you successful
At least a Bachelor in Supply Chain / Logistic, Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent by experience.
You have ideally 1-2 years’ experience in a similar function. But we are also interested in motivated graduates with the right profile and a lot of motivation.
Fluent in English and Dutch and / or French. For the Customer Solutions Analyst role, you have to speak French and Dutch fluently.
A good level of Excel and ideally some working experience with SAP or a similar ERP.
You have a valid driver license (required only for the Logistic Repack Specialist role).
Strong analytical aptitude with a proven ability to analyze data and build quantitative models of business problems.
