Partager15 / 09 / 2020Business Developer BeneluxStratégie Economie BusinessBRUSSELS-RUE DE L'INDUSTRIE(BEL)BelgiqueDescription du posteAs part of your missions, you are in charge of : Identification of Commercial & Industrial prospects likely to enter in a Solar Lease Agreement or equivalentRealization of commercial proposals (non-binding and binding offers) destined to create value for our clientsResponsible for building and maintaining tools to industrialize our offer & processFollowing up and coordinating the project development with our partnersRelationship management from first contact to Solar Lease or PPA signatureResponsible for contractual negotiation also helped with the managementFollow-up and monitoring of all business evolutions potentially impacting the development of generating and selling solar lease contracts or equivalent in the perimeterFocusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new businessResponsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct & indirect sales channelAnalyzing the market to identify potential key customersExpanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectivesNegotiating high-value contracts to a closeManaging local key accounts Reporting to the Benelux Managing Director, the Business Developer will be responsible for aggressively growing Total Solar's leadership in the I&C / B2B solar sector in Benelux by leading all phases of project development, coordinating stakeholders, closing exclusivity deals with co-development partners, building long-term relationships and supporting the closing of transactions with strategic and large companies.
Contexte et EnvironnementTotal Solar's ambition is to develop in the next 5 years an international leadership and profitable presence in the solar I&C market, aiming at 5 to 10% market share in the Benelux and other key selected markets.
Profil recherchéStrong candidate will have experience : Business development in the Renewables in BeneluxExperiences on the different Benelux regional marketsBuilding long-term relationships and structuring pricing proposalsExperience in modeling offersCoordinating with teams internally and externallyNegotiating high-value contracts to a closeBe flexible and proactive to deal with complex situations and achieve sales targetsWhile it would be helpful for a candidate to have experience in Solar, we recognize that the sola B2B market is nascent and therefore we are considering candidates with experience in adjacent sectors.
Master's degree in engineering, sciences or business3 to 5 years of sales experience positioning sophisticated solutions and cost-benefit analyses3 to 5 years of team management experience would be appreciatedExcellent communication skills and good technical knowledge, coupled with a dynamic approach to salesStrong office skilss specially in excel modelingBenelux working languages French and Flemish.
English advanced knowledge is required.
