You will work in the 'Targeting & Campaigns' department within the Marketing Promotion division of the company. The goal of your department : to activate and loyalize our customers with relevant marketing communication.
As a Campaign Manager B2C :
You develop a marketing communication plan for our clients. Based on the customer journey of the different target groups, you plan B2C marketing campaigns and participate in the development of the activation strategy and loyalty programs.
On the basis of analyzes, data, internal and external sources (GfK, Nielsen, market research, competition, etc.), you then develop the promotional campaigns according to the communication objectives that you have set for yourself.
You determine the appropriate timeline, target group and promotion mechanisms for each message you want to convey
You inspire your contacts with your enthusiasm and your close monitoring of campaigns
When a campaign is completed, you analyze the results, perform an in-depth evaluation, and formulate points for attention and improvement for a future campaign
You work closely with other teams : you collect feedback from the "Brand & content" team, category marketers and the "Promotion intelligence" team.

You work in Brussels HQ and have the option of working two days a week from one of the regional offices.
Experience - You have at least 3-5 years of experience as a marketer. Relevant experience in distribution, the food industry or within an FMCG environment is an asset.
