across the Associate and Engagement Manager role includes
Managing the execution of individual project modules; developing hypotheses and analyses, conducting primary and secondary research, and surfacing insights
Supporting our Partner group in project delivery through accurate and high-quality project execution
Owning and developing executive client relationships and presenting to a wide range of audiences
Management of junior team; effectively providing leverage for the senior project staff
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

We are seeking high-calibre individuals who want to join our winning team. Preference will be given to candidates with :
4-10 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm (or other similar organizations)
Natural problem-solving mindset
Strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills
Outstanding communication skills (both written and oral communication); confidence in presenting to senior executives
Ability to work collaboratively in an international team environment
Advanced graduate degree and excellent academic record
Willingness to travel
Fluency in French and / or Dutch and English is required
