As an Inside Sales Account Executive, you will be the most significant point of contact with our clients and prospects in Belux for our Transport Management System (TAS-
tms). You are an important member of our Sales organization, playing a critical role in the organization in uncovering and qualifying leads by understanding the clients or prospect’s business challenges and pre-
qualifying opportunities by phone and email contact. In this position, you will frequently interact with Sales & Account Managers, Pre-
Sales and the Customer Support Team and will be based in our headquarters in Zaventem.
You will be responsible for acquiring new customers (SME) and retaining existing customers through upselling and cross-
selling from our company's product portfolio for the Belux market;
You will identify opportunities that you will manage from qualification to closure;
You will monitor account trends and behavior, gather information strategically, and prepare plans that will increase revenue and the customer base of your account portfolio;
You will coordinate with the Account Managers, Sales Manager, and Customer Service team to follow the strategy and sales process;
You will perform pre-sales activities : demo, customer development, retention, renegotiation, customer support when needed, etc;
You will be responsible for carrying a positive image of our company and effectively communicate the value of our products;
You will accurately track all relevant activities in our CRM tool (SalesForce).
A bachelor's degree followed by at least 1 year of relevant experience in a sedentary commercial position;
Proven success in concluding business by telephone in a B2B environment;
Strong knowledge of the business of our customers (dispatching process inside transport companies, business drivers transporters, software usage, ROI transport business, market players);
Good knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook; CRM experience is a plus;
Native Dutch and a good command of French and English is required;
You are focused on customer satisfaction with strong sales, communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills;
You have good organization and methodology, being efficient, fast and proactive;
You are resistant to stress, self-motivated and able to thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment;
You have a can do attitude , with a real sense of urgency;
You are curious about new technologies and are constantly developing yourself;
You have a true entrepreneurial, passionate mindset and enjoy working independently while having a strong team spirit.
