Description : The purpose of the Group Leader position is to provide managerial and operational expertise to direct reports.
Supports Manager with the initial receipt and documentation of all inquiries and complaints (AEs & PQCs) received by BIVI.
Actively participates in the receipt of product inquiries, complaints, and suspected adverse events. Acts as a liaison to QA for PQCs and for all CAPAs assigned to the VeTS Team.
The position requires maintaining a working knowledge of regulations, policies and procedures to assure departmental compliance with US regulations (FDA, USDA, EPA) for capture, maintenance and reporting of adverse events, product quality complaints and customer inquiries.

Duties & Responsibilities
Tracks case status by monitoring the Case Status and Inquiry Reports for specialists.
Supports Manager in evaluating work load and customer response effectiveness and for other tasks as needed.
Represents VeTS in QA TAG Meetings and any other QA related meetings / discussions. Will obtain and maintain access to relevant quality systems (IDEA for CON, Trackwise, etc.)
Ensures SOPs and related documents are updated as required to meet compliance requirements and business needs. Provides support during audits and inspections as needed.
Completes other tasks as assigned.
