Position and missions
As a consultant part of the digital engineering team, you take on missions as team leader or technical expert.
Because your expertise doesn’t stop there, you actively contribute to the development of your team. You recruit, train, mentor and manage a team of digital engineers.
You build team spirit, ensure skills and capabilities are aligned with the company objectives and market evolution.
You support sales and pre-sales with answering staffing requests, RFI and RFP. You are responsible for your team’s performance.
You support the business development by brainstorming innovative solutions with prospects / clients, present proposals. You also participate in shaping Digital Expertise offering and business development strategy.
A multi-disciplinary approach : you are part of the digital expertise practice, you can work in collaboration with other departments.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology / Computer Science, Business. Master’s degree is a plus.
Expertise in one or and very good knowlegde of at least two of the following technologies : Java, .Net, Relational Databases, NO SQL Databases, RestFul API, Angular, React, Node, XML and Web Services (SOAP, WSDL), Microservices, Microsoft stack (CRM Dynamics, O365, Sharepoint, SSIS / SSRS, PowerBI, Power Apps, Powershell)
Azure / AWS based application development expereince is a big plus
Proficiency in digital application development e.g. web and mobile platforms, gaming, online payment, intranet, portal, back office integration.
Proficiency in analysis / design methods and techniques including e.g. UML, Use Cases, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Class Diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams
Experience in formal software development methodologies including Agile.
Strong knowlegde of DEVOPS concepts and tools.
Minimum 7 years professional experience in software development engineering of which 3+ yrs must be in a technical lead role capacity
